Firstly I feel that the dress code needs to be addressed such as some male members habit of not wearing any clothing on the upper half of their bodies. Secondly, alcoholic beverages should not be consumed during or even prior to meetings.

Drunken shirtless committee members Shirts are required.

Our last meeting descended into mayhem after several drunken and shirtless members 'tested the bounderies of civility' after being asked to extinguish cigarettes whilst at the meeting table.

I feel it is also my duty to ask the female contingent of our committee if they would refrain from screaming loudly into mobile telephones during meetings. Also next time could you please respect the rule of not bringing more than 5 children to each meeting.

Mother of 12 Please, no more than 5 children.

Our next meeting is scheduled for a few weeks time and I'm sure things would run more smoothly if everyone turned up on time, sober and settling any disagreements without resorting to fisticuffs.

I understand that the local issue of people using quad and scrambler motorbikes is a thorny one, and that some members use this medium of transport to collect their Job seekers benefit but we must request that these members try not to drive on public pavements.

All in all, following a few rules of basic decency will benefit us all and allow for more productive meetings. Finally, anyone wishing to hire one of my whores for the evening should ensure the prostitute requisition order form is completed in full and at least 2 days in advance.
